After being released by the New York Jets, Pat McAfee believes that Aaron Rodgers will be exploring the possibility of playing in the National Football League season while simultaneously seeking to find a new team to play for.
Given that Rodgers’ market is not yet known and that he is scheduled to make a decision regarding whether or not he will play in 2025, it is quite possible that the Jets will be cutting Rodgers within the next few days unless they receive a trade offer for him on the other hand.
It has been reported that Rodgers is taking his time to decide whether or not he wants to participate after the Jets informed him that he will be released from his position. It is possible that he would wait until he has a more firm interest before making his decision. Despite the fact that Rodgers will turn 42 later this year, McAfee has outlined the reasons why he feels Rodgers does want to prolong his career. This is despite the fact that many people are discussing whether or not he will play in 2025.
“I think he plays next year, just strictly because whenever this situation has arisen in the past, A.J. Hawk, who is very close with Aaron, goes like, ‘What else would Aaron do?'” said McAfee. “I think he plays next year.” A.J. is unwavering in his assertion that Aaron will, in fact, participate in football. I believe that everyone around Aaron is under the impression that the choice may very easily go either way, despite the fact that Aaron has not informed A.J. about it.

“Last week, we met with Aaron and shared that our intention was to move in a different direction at quarterback,” Glenn and Mougey said in a joint statement. “We are working toward a different quarterback.”
