Chop 2 green onions and add 1 cup (110g) breadcrumbs. 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder. Oil for frying Sour cream for serving.
Instructions In a big saucepan of salted water, cook potatoes until soft.
