New Delhi, May 13 — Realme is gearing up to shake the mid-range smartphone segment once again with the highly anticipated launch of the Realme GT 7 series. Scheduled to go official on May 27, 2025, the global event will be held in Paris and livestreamed for Indian audiences starting 1:30 PM IST. This new lineup includes two new devices — the Realme GT 7 and GT 7T, promising top-tier performance, long-lasting battery life, and innovative cooling technology.
Realme GT 7 Launch Performance Meets Endurance
At the heart of the Realme GT 7 lies the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, designed to handle high-performance gaming and multitasking with ease. The phone also features a massive 7,000mAh battery, paired with 120W fast charging, ensuring users spend less time plugged in and more time on the go.
The device will sport a 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, ideal for gamers and binge-watchers alike. The dual rear camera setup is led by a 50MP primary sensor, alongside an 8MP secondary lens, while the 16MP selfie camera is perfect for crystal-clear video calls and social media-ready selfies.
Realme GT 7 Cooling System
Realme is also introducing its advanced IceSense Graphene-based cooling system, offering 360-degree heat dissipation to maintain optimal temperatures during heavy gaming sessions. The GT 7’s build includes an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance — a rare offering in this segment.
The brand has hinted at an adaptive thermal feature called Skin-Touch Temperature Control, which dynamically adjusts performance based on ambient temperature for a smoother user experience.
The device will be available in sleek IceSense Blue and IceSense Black variants.
Realme GT 7T
For users looking for value without compromising performance, the GT 7T brings a lot to the table. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 SoC, it also packs the same 7,000mAh battery with 120W charging and the same immersive 6.78-inch OLED display.
The GT 7T features a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, a 16MP front-facing camera, and AI-powered imaging enhancements. Its design includes a distinctive yellow leather-textured finish with dual black racing stripes, offering a sporty look alongside standard black and blue options.
Realme GT 7 Price in India
While Realme hasn’t officially revealed the India prices yet, industry insiders suggest the GT 7 could launch around ₹40,999, similar to last year’s GT 6, while the GT 7T may start near ₹30,999. Both phones will be available via Amazon India, Realme’s official website, and select offline stores shortly after the global launch.
